Project enquiries

We collect the name, email and project information you choose to submit so SCTV can assess and respond to your enquiry. Enquiries are saved in SCTV’s Lovable Cloud database and are not displayed publicly. Only name and email are required; please do not submit passwords, access keys or sensitive customer records.

Website assistant

The chat and voice assistant uses ElevenLabs to process your conversation. Voice mode requires microphone permission. Avoid sharing confidential information through the assistant; website conversations do not provide access to private SMS records.

Indicative services and quotations

Website packages are indicative, not binding offers. Each engagement requires an agreed scope, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria and payment milestones. Pricing is fixed against that scope; additional requirements and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately.

Security and ownership

Project documentation will define access responsibilities, credential handling, security requirements and ownership of code, content and other deliverables. Third-party licences, hosting and services are identified during scoping. No ownership transfer or service-level commitment should be inferred from this website alone.

Separate businesses

SCTV Digital builds technology systems. RAHU Digital supplies digital workers under a separate engagement; its products and services are not included in an SCTV quotation unless explicitly agreed.
